The installation instructions are okay, once I played around and figured out exactly what I had to do. I am still trying to figure out how to align the iris and the grid perfectly. Nevertheless the camera provides an accurate and clear picture of the iris, especially the brown iris. I am very satisfied with this iridology camera and would recommend it to be utilized by a beginner or professional. The shipping package was lousy, it did not reflect the quality of the camera.

Sorry i did not know that the packaging was a problem as we have not had any issues so far. I have ordered improved packaging for overseas destinations and future use.

Leo, first let me apologize for not taking in consideration the -14 hour time difference. Here I was writing emails when I thought you were 5 hours ahead of us like the rest of Europe.
